About the Role

We are looking for a DTI Registration Specialist who will handle all product registration and business name compliance requirements with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knowledgeable about regulatory processes to ensure timely and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process DTI product registration and ensure all requirements are complete and compliant.
  • Handle Business Name (BN) registration, renewals, and amendments with DTI.
  • Prepare, review, and submit documents, forms, and supporting files needed for DTI transactions.
  • Coordinate with DTI officers and other government agencies for compliance matters.
  • Track deadlines for renewals, product updates, and regulatory submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all permits, certificates, and approvals.
  • Assist in internal audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Legal Management, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years experience in DTI processing, permits, or government documentation.
  • Strong understanding of DTI requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF management).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with FDA, SEC, BIR, LGU permits, or other compliance tasks is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of documentation tracking systems or tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
