What you'll do

  • Plan, develop and execute test strategies, plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, performance and UAT
  • Set up test environments, collect and analyse test data
  • Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium; log and track defects until resolution (ALM/Jira)
  • Review business requirements and participate in design reviews
  • Provide UAT support to business users
  • Prepare concise test reports and keep stakeholders updated
  • Mentor junior testers and share QA best practices

What you'll bring

5 years' software QA/testing experience with 3 years in Automation Testing

Hands-on experience and knowledge of:

  • Selenium (must-have)

  • Appium

  • Cucumber

  • Maven (build tool)

  • CI/CD (Bitbucket, Jenkins, or similar)

  • Version control (Git, etc.)

  • At least one programming language (Java, etc.)

Strong knowledge of testing methods & best practices

Experience with test management and defect tools (ALM, Jira, TestRail)

Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills

Nice to have

Cloud-based environment testing (e.g. BrowserStack)

REST API testing (POSTMAN, RestAssured)

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Automation Testing: 3 years (Required)
  • Software Testing: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Selenium: 3 years (Required)
