HR/Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing Notices to Explain (NTEs), notice letters, and other disciplinary documents in accordance with company policy and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking of employee relations cases and documentation.
- Support the HR team in employee relations matters, including investigations, incident reports, and administrative hearings.
- Coordinate the issuance, acknowledgment, and filing of HR-related notices and correspondence.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with due process and internal labor procedures.
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team, including document preparation, filing, and report generation.
- Communicate with employees regarding documentation requirements and HR processes as needed.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic knowledge or strong interest in labor relations, employee discipline, and HR processes.
- Willingness to learn how to process NTEs, notice letters, and employee documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks within deadlines.
