Job qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication Arts, Behavioral Science or related field
- At least 3 years' work experience.
- Well-rounded experience in all HR Facets and Admin task with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment and overall HR Management.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Knowledgeable in using of Canva and Microsoft
- With satisfactory communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willing to be assigned to Bacolod City
- Willing to work ASAP
