QUALIFICATION

· Bachelor`s Degree in Accountancy or any related courses

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable/ account receivable.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask

· Willing to work in an office-based setup

· Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

· Review and process invoices from vendors

· Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure proper coding of expenses

· Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

· Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues

· Assist with month-end closing and other accounting projects as assigned

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
