Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Full Stack 3D Unity Developer to help design, develop, and optimize Virtual Reality (VR) training applications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge VR projects and is open to entry-level candidates with a strong passion for Unity development and immersive technologies.

Your responsibilities will include developing front-end UI components, integrating back-end systems, and ensuring smooth performance across VR platforms. • Develop and maintain 3D VR applications using Unity and C#.
• Implement user-friendly UI/UX elements for interactive VR experiences.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and cloud services to support data-driven applications.
• Optimize application performance for smooth operation across various VR devices (Oculus, HTC Vive, Meta Quest, etc.).
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Stay up to date with Unity and VR development trends to enhance project efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Essential Requirements:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome, with relevant coursework, projects, or internship experience in Unity development.
• Proficiency in C# programming and familiarity with the Unity engine.
• Understanding of game development concepts, such as physics, animations, and rendering.
• Basic experience with front-end development (UI/UX design in Unity).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and basic database operations (SQL/NoSQL).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for VR and immersive experiences.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in C# programming and understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with the Unity engine, including components such as scripting, physics, animations, and rendering.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design in Unity, including canvas-based interfaces, interactions, and user experience considerations.
• Familiarity with API integration (e.g., RESTful APIs) and basic database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Basic knowledge of version control systems, such as Git.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting abilities to debug code and optimize performance.
• Ability to think critically and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Requirements (Nice to Have):

• Exposure to VR/AR development frameworks (VRTK, MRTK, XR Interaction Toolkit).
• Experience working with cloud services like Firebase or AWS.
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques in Unity.
• Understanding of 3D modeling and asset integration workflows.
• Version control experience with Git or similar tools.

• Passion for immersive technology and a desire to build impactful VR training applications.
• Willingness to participate in code reviews and adopt best practices in software development.
• Adaptability to work in an agile environment with changing priorities.
