Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.

-Making Timely receipts such as SI, DR, CR and AR

  • Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and timely.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other compliance-related documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring documentation is complete and organized.

  • Support internal and external audits as needed.

  • Provide assistance in other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
