JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Support
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Take detailed minutes during meetings.
- Track and record office expenses, invoices, and budgets.
Office Management
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Interdepartmental Coordination
- Act as the point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by organizing orientation materials.
Project Assistance
- Support team projects by managing timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- At least 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Has a background in Hotel Industry (preffered but not required)
- Amenable to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
