JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative Support

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars

Documentation and Reporting

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Track and record office expenses, invoices, and budgets.

Office Management

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace.

Interdepartmental Coordination

  • Act as the point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by organizing orientation materials.

Project Assistance

  • Support team projects by managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries as requested.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Has a background in Hotel Industry (preffered but not required)
  • Amenable to work in Angeles City, Pampanga
