We are seeking a highly motivated and driven PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMIN ASSISTANT to join our team. As an admin, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of applications, lease renewals, advertisements and the like.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure their needs are met throughout their process
  • Create and execute effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers or tenants, and provide them with detailed information about the properties and the surrounding area.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
  • Work closely with other property managers, brokers, and industry professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a property management admin.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Australia.

Tenant Services

  • Assist and administer lease agreements
  • Dispatch tenant work orders; Maintain tenant work order e-mail
  • Handle tenant, vendor and prospective tenant walk-ins
  • Assist with tenant and vendor-related interfaces as needed
  • Assist Property Manager with tenant relations as required
