The BOSS System is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Admin Assistant to provide on-site administrative support within our home care operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:- 1–2 years of experience in an admin support role in homecare/healthcare staffing or scheduling
- Familiarity with scheduling or HR software preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in ADP, Caresmartz360, Sandata
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent desktop tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
