Admin Coordinator

Deployment: Makati City (HO)

Job Overview: As an Admin Coordinator, he/she is responsible for managing schedules and communications of the COO. Additionally, he/she oversees support for Sunglass Haven Merchandising, coordinating with relevant departments on inventory management, visual display, and promotional execution. He/She also manages Oakley and Sunglass Haven Online Orders and coordinates each order to proper departments for delivery.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or related field.
  • Having a background in Finance and Accounting is an advantage.
  • Having a background in market research, product development and/or statistical analysis is an advantage.
  • With working knowledge of the functional areas of a retail business.
  • Proficient in one or more Office Productivity Software (e.g.; MS Office)
