  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and basic correspondence.
  • Assist in data entry, updating trackers, and maintaining databases.
  • Support onboarding processes by preparing documents and coordinating requirements.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
  • Assist with logistics for events, training, or team activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask.
