The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day support to ensure smooth office operations. This role is responsible for handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, organizing documents, and assisting teams with administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize documents, files, and records for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare reports, memos, and basic correspondence.
- Assist in data entry, updating trackers, and maintaining databases.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documents and coordinating requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Assist with logistics for events, training, or team activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
- Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask.
