Building Admin Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utilities.
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs when necessary.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced maintenance or janitorial contractors to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Respond promptly to repair requests, facility issues, or emergencies.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment inventory.
- Assist in implementing safety, sanitation, and security measures within the premises.
- Support building administration activities such as utilities monitoring, waste management, and permit renewals.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for needed parts, repairs, and maintenance works.
- Participate in inspections and audits related to facilities and compliance.
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Vocational or Technical course in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
- Preferably with TESDA NC II certification (Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Plumbing, or equivalent).
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in building or facility maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on technical work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
