About the role

As a (CSR) Patient Care Coordinator at Alldigitech Manila, you will be the crucial link between our clients and the healthcare services they require. In this full-time, office-based role in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls from patients and clients, assisting with queries and booking appointments
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  3. Coordinating with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and manage patient care
  4. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  5. Supporting the wider customer service team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and software to maintain accurate records
  5. A caring and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in people's lives
