The Patient Service Representative will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service both over the phone and in-person. This role is key to ensuring patients are scheduled, informed, and supported throughout their visit to our laboratory. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle phone and walk-in inquiries from patients, providing accurate information regarding laboratory services and procedures.
- Maintain and update inquiry data and statistics to track patient interactions.
- Schedule patient appointments and perform follow-up calls to ensure timely visits.

Job Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
