Responsibilities:
  • Support the patient journey by handling administrative duties such as booking appointments, updating patient records, and liaising with referrers.
  • Ensure accuracy of data input into patient administration systems and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Manage patient calls effectively by identifying needs, providing first-time resolution, and communicating relevant information clearly.
  • Escalate issues as necessary while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and quality assurance measures in line with healthcare standards.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous service improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referrers, and internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in data processing, entry, or analysis roles, with the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic approach to patient interaction.
  • Background in customer or patient service, handling queries effectively and sensitively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with multiple systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • Flexible to work in a weekly shift pattern as required.
