About the role
Alldigitech Manila is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Patient Care Representative to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and effectively
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure their satisfaction
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role in any account
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex customer inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
