About the role

Alldigitech Manila is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Patient Care Representative to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests efficiently and effectively
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure their satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role in any account
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
