SALES COORDINATOR

This role will support the sales team and work for the Attendee and Client Relations Manager.

- Support the sales team's workflow to optimize the prospecting, contracting, and post-sale customer experience:

  • Add prospect leads, account segments, marketing opportunities and other corresponding data to CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and following guidelines that ensure data integrity and inform our closed-loop marketing tracking.
  • Address prospect and customer inquiries promptly with clear and helpful guidance
  • Creating and managing marketing opportunities and managing seller's assignment of these to prospects
  • Data entry and clean up as needed

- Asset Collection

  • Asset collection on all sponsorship fulfillment for events, Overland Sourcebook Guide / Directory, Holiday Gift Guide and possible additional activations
  • Coordinate asset collection to fulfill all digital, print and branded content deliverables, managing timelines and workflow – and working with marketing to execute partnership deliverables
  • Manage administrative tasks relating to the Overland Sourcebook Guide / Directory including the ad tracker, organizing the directory by product category and the collection of assets for ads and featured products.

- Customer Service:

  • Manage client badge requests, certificates of insurance and exhibit/decorator services requests.
  • Maintain website information and update as needed including improvements to user experience o Update exhibitor correspondence templates: confirmation letters, exhibitor FAQs, arrival docs
  • Manage sales tax, BOE, and Selling status forms from clients prior to each event.
