Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • At least
    3-5 yrs

experience as Sales Coordinator
- Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in coordinating sales activities
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Computer Literate with typing speed at least 35wpm
- Preferably Female

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare formal quotation and send to customer
  • Process sales orders and contracts
  • Maintain and update databases and sales records
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for the sales team
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Follow up on leads and quotations
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials
  • Schedule and organize internal sales meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure sales representatives have the tools and materials they need
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Help set sales targets and monitor progress toward goals
