Key Accounts Specialist

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that result in increased revenue and account growth.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews, strategic plans, and forecasts for key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure client success and timely issue resolution.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with clients to maximize profitability.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor key account metrics (e.g., sales performance, client satisfaction, churn rates) and report regularly to senior management.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to product development and strategic initiatives.
