  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor key account metrics (e.g., sales performance, client satisfaction, churn rates) and report regularly to senior management.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and contribute to product development and strategic initiatives.
