Job Description:

The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations, handling government and compliance-related tasks, and supporting our HR processes. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and documentation for the company
  • Handle government-related processes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations
  • Assist in HR processes such as onboarding, records management, and coordination
  • Support accounting compliance, especially with BIR filings
  • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR, administration, or compliance roles
  • Knowledge of government regulations and labor compliance
  • Preferably with accounting experience or familiarity with BIR compliance
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
