We're expanding our team in Cavite and looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to build a rewarding career.
We are currently recruiting new sellers to join our growing real estate team. As a Real Estate Seller, you will assist clients in buying and selling properties. You will be trained and mentored to succeed in marketing properties, handling client inquiries, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties
- Assist buyers and sellers in property transactions
- Conduct site tripping and client meetings
- Coordinate with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Attend regular trainings and meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications & Requirements:
- No prior real estate experience required (training provided)
- College level (at least 72 units earned)
- Must be 18 years old and above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be trained and work on project sites
- With smartphone and internet access (for online selling and updates)
- Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required
