The Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients in choosing furniture pieces that match their needs and preferences, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role involves maintaining an organized and visually appealing showroom, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction to help drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features, materials, and design options.
  • Prepare sales quotations and process orders accurately.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom and display areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of items.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in in-store promotions or events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, retail, or interior design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and sales drive.
  • Neat appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Office).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
