About the Role

Were looking for a Property Services and Cleaning Associate to oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning operations across our property portfolio. You'll work closely with our logistics, operations, and vendor teams to ensure all properties remain in top condition - inside and out.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate repair and maintenance jobs (guest-caused and wear-and-tear).
  • Liaise with vendors, cleaners, and contractors to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage purchase orders for repairs, item replacements, and cleaning.
  • Oversee recurring services like lawn mowing, bin schedules, and common area cleaning.
  • Track progress and maintain accurate job records and reports.
  • Support cleaning operations schedule inspections, monitor quality, and resolve escalations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in property coordination, maintenance scheduling, or operations support.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating with vendors and managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with systems like Zoho, Trello, or is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and reliable with a proactive mindset.

Role Details

Location: Remote Philippines

Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday | 40 hours per week (AU shift)

Compensation: AUD 1,500 -1,700 per month (all-inclusive contractor rate)

Employment Type: Full-time Independent Contractor
