CALL CENTER AGENT (OUTBOUND)

Job Description:

  • Initiate outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, events, and sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve issues or close leads/sales.
  • Execute data entry and update client data in the CRM software.
  • Manage customer correspondence via email and other channels.
  • Produce and create reports utilizing MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Ensure compliance with all defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Undertake any additional assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure
  • Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and efficient time management
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt and respond to various personality types
  • Quick thinker with strong intellect
  • No BPO experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

MUST HAVE the following equipment:

  • Hardware: Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 (7th gen or higher) / AMD Ryzen 3 (or higher) and 8GB RAM
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher (MacOS equivalent also accepted)
  • Headset: A4Tech (HU 7P or HU 50) or Jabra USB headset with noise-canceling feature
  • Internet Connection: Wired connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps
  • Software: Microsoft Office, PDF Reader, Anydesk, Google Drive, and Discord
