What You'll Do

Be part of our client's team as a Regional Sales Assistant, providing essential support to the Regional Manager and sales team. You'll keep operations running seamlessly, ensuring accurate data, smooth proposals, and efficient processes that enable the team to focus on building client relationships and closing opportunities.

What It Takes to Succeed

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
  • Experience providing administrative support to a team, preferably in sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as

Your Role in Action

Essential Duties

  • Assist the sales team in collecting and compiling information for sales proposals
  • Input information into third-party medical underwriting software
  • Prepare sales presentations
  • Support client implementations, orientations, and enrollment meetings as needed
  • Coordinate regional events for clients and referral partners
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to promote brand awareness and market recognition
  • Support the sales team with content distribution via social media
  • Maintain prospect files, census data, and sales proposals
  • Provide basic computer training and support to the sales team
  • Generate correspondence for the Regional Manager and Sales Representatives
  • Ensure CRM sales pipeline data is updated and accurate
  • Run and track sales reports for the management team using the CRM system
  • Schedule sales meetings, hotel and travel arrangements, and related tasks for the Regional Manager
  • Ensure closed sales packets are complete before submitting to the corporate office
  • Maintain close communication with the corporate office and build relationships with department heads, managers, and key operations staff
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline workflows and boost sales productivity
  • Maintain office supplies and marketing materials
