Responsibilities

We are looking for a
Sales and Digital Marketing Assistant
who will be assisting with digital marketing operations and managing key sales outreach. This is a hands-on role that requires a mix of doing outbound cold-calling and managing digital marketing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Tasks: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers with a simple script focused on encouraging site visits and offering special discounts.
  • Digital Marketing Tasks:

-Manage and create content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) using design tools like Canva.

-Manage the client's customer text marketing program by running the ads to get new customers.

-Manage ads in other platforms (Meta).

-Interact with people online by responding to comments and messages.

-Generate leads lists.

  • Balance time effectively between cold calling and digital marketing responsibilities based on the client's needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative support role.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with a neutral North American accent, essential for effective cold calling.
  • Hands-on experience with social media content creation and community management.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with design tools like Canva.
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
