Job Responsibilities:

This position will lead the growth, development and operations

  • Lead brand planning, execution, and budget management to meet company KPIs.
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights, market data, and competitor trends to guide strategies.
  • Drive brand portfolio growth and innovation, including new product development.
  • Monitor and report brand performance, recommending actions to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement brand standards, guidelines, and governance tools to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related roles
  • With at least 5 years of solid FMCG brand management experience (end-to-end, not only support roles).
  • Consumer insighting + product innovation experience (must have launched something tangible).
  • Strong analytical + commercial mindset (P&L, ROI, sales & share tracking).
  • Leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Excellent communication & storytelling ability for influencing decisions.
  • Deep cultural understanding of target consumers (homemakers with kids).
