Job Responsibilities:

This position will support (and co-lead) the growth, development and operations.

  • Lead planning and execution of brand programs, ensuring alignment with KPIs and company goals.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to develop effective marketing plans.
  • Drive brand portfolio and innovation strategies, including new product development.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report brand performance, recommending action plans as needed.
  • Support the development of brand architecture, guidelines, and governance standards to maintain consistency and alignment across teams.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Marketing/Business
  • With at least 4 years of FMCG brand/marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience in consumer insight, campaign execution, and performance management
  • Strong in data analysis, problem-solving, and strategy
  • Must have agency management experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership potential
  • Genuine consumer-driven mindset with passion for building brands
