About the role

This is a full-time Order Picker position based in San Nicolas Manila City, Metro Manila. As an Order Picker at CREDENCE CONSUMER GOODS TRADING', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient fulfilment of customer orders. This fast-paced role requires accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately picking, packing and dispatching customer orders within established timelines
  • Maintaining exceptional stock control and inventory management
  • Utilising warehouse management systems to locate and retrieve products efficiently
  • Preparing and labelling outgoing shipments to ensure secure and timely delivery
  • Adhering to all health, safety and quality control procedures
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of warehouse operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse/logistics role
  • Strong numerical and organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Physical fitness and the ability to repeatedly lift and move heavy items
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and technologies
