What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the same industry
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly explain complex information
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer inquiries effectively
  4. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
  5. Familiarity with using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  6. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
