JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
  • Train, supervise, and collaborate with all culinary staff to ensure adherence to hotel standard recipes, delivering high-quality food products.
  • Oversee multiple culinary workstations, ensuring efficient kitchen operations and smooth workflow during scheduled shifts.
  • Maintain compliance with all specifications, standards, and safety regulations, including food safety, occupational safety, and fire safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to prepare, cook, and present food according to hotel standards.
  • Follow safety protocols, including food safety, fire, and occupational safety requirements.
Functional Job Responsibilities
  • Select and use only fresh, high-quality ingredients; follow recipes accurately.
  • Manage supplies, report equipment issues, and oversee cleanliness and proper food storage.
  • Ensure food production complies with safety standards.
  • Assign tasks, schedule staff, and maintain cost and quality control.
  • Train and supervise kitchen team to ensure proper coverage and efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties such as VIP events and staff meetings as needed.


Requirements
Degree in Culinary Arts or an equivalent qualification
At least 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef
Expertise in food product development, presentation, quality, and preparation
Knowledgeable in menu concept and design
Trained in Food Safety standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000
Willing to work in shifting schedules
