As a Tenant Relations Officer, your main focus will be building strong relationships with our tenants and helping their businesses thrive. You will be responsible for ensuring that tenants follow our company's rules and regulations. You will work closely with different departments to see to it that tenants are supported by way of promotions, advertising and other activities in order to boost sales. You shall likewise be conducting regular review of tenant accounts to meet business strategic and financial goals.

Job Description:

  • Manage tenant relations by coordinating construction and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with mall guidelines, and resolving tenant concerns efficiently.
  • Monitor tenant accounts including sales reports, utility consumption, and rental payments; issue notices and coordinate with legal for overdue accounts.
  • Ensure design and housekeeping compliance by inspecting tenant areas, aligning with mall design standards, and conducting orientations.
  • Administer utilities and facilities by processing charges, coordinating technical requirements, and ensuring complete documentation for billing and operations.
  • Support safety, security, and general admin tasks by facilitating tenant participation in programs, preparing reports, and acting as a reliever when needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing Management, Industrial Design or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, administrative management services, tenant relations, property management or any other similar work.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays.
