Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the proper implementation of the company's existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and standards of the company
  • Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, agreements, company house rules and regulations
  • Assist tenants in resolving construction related issues in coordination with the Engineering and Leasing Departments
  • Facilitate the expeditious processing of tenants' temporary and final clearances to operate
  • Inspect tenants' areas, making sure that the designs are within the criteria or parameters of management standards and policy
  • Ensure submission of reports and documents needed for compliance
