About the role
The Property Management Office Administration Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the property management team by providing administrative, operational, and customer service assistance. This internship offers hands-on experience in property management, office administration, and tenant relations, preparing the intern for a career in real estate or business operations.
Responsibilities:
Administrative support
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining property-related documents such as leases agreements, contracts, permits, and compliance records.
- Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital) for tenant, vendor, and property records.
- Support scheduling an coordination of meetings, inspection, and site visits.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, internal memos, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist in inventory tracking of office supplies and property assets
Tenant and Client Relations
- Help respond to tenants inquires and concerns via email, phone, or in-person, escalating issues to the Property Manager when necessary.
- Assist in preparing tenant communications such as notices, announcement, and newsletters.
Financial And Reporting Assistance
- Help track and organize utility bills, petty cash expenses, and vendor invoices.
- Support budget monitoring and expense reconciliation tasks under supervision.
Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure proper documentation of permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance records.
Special Projects And Research
- Conduct research on property trends, vendor sourcing, and process improvements.
- Contribute to internal projects such as sustainability initiatives, tenant satisfaction surveys, or digitalization efforts.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Office administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Knowledge of Google workspace is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of office equipment and administrative procedures.
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates a courteous and professional attitude in all interactions with clients , tenants, ang colleagues.
- Familiarity with basic property management principle is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
- Able to start ASAP
- Amenable to working in Quezon City (Kanlaon Town Center, 8 Kanlaon St., Sta Teresita, Quezon City)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150.00 per day
