The TikTok Shop Specialist manages day-to-day operations of our TikTok Shop, working closely with creators and internal teams to drive sales. This role handles creator coordination, campaigns, promotions, shop product page setup, and daily platform actions to maximize growth and performance. The ideal candidate is also comfortable using Slack for daily communication and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, and partners to promote products.
  • Manage campaign and promotion planning, setup, and reporting.
  • Set up and optimize product detail pages, including descriptions, pricing, and media assets.
  • Monitor TikTok Shop performance and execute daily actions, such as stock checks, product submissions, and order resolutions.
  • Track and analyze insights, recommending improvements to increase conversions.
  • Work with marketing teams to support product launches and seasonal pushes.
  • Stay updated on TikTok Shop features, trends, and best practices.
  • Communicate with internal teams via Slack to ensure smooth operations and quick coordination.

Qualifications

  • Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or influencer/creator management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok platform, content trends, and product selling strategies.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset and familiarity with basic performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Slack for team communication.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php Php800.00 per hour
