The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle — including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, compensation updates, compliance, reporting, and HRIS administration. This role also supports accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with the payroll team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you serve as a representative of the client’s culture and contribute to creating a positive and seamless employee experience. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong interest in technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for process improvement and organization. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Assist in end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and entry-level roles, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Manage interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams. Prepare offer documentation and coordinate necessary approvals with HR leadership. Onboarding Coordination Facilitate smooth onboarding by managing documentation, background checks, reference checks, and employment verification. Maintain accurate new hire records and ensure data integrity across HR systems. HRIS and ATS Administration Manage and update employee records, system access, and profiles within HRIS and ATS platforms. Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify improvements. Conduct periodic audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system integrity. Payroll Coordination Support accurate and timely payroll processing through ADP Workforce Now. Process employee changes and terminations, ensuring proper coordination with relevant departments for access and asset management. General HR Operations Assist with HR-related invoices, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and trend analysis. Prepare recurring HR reports such as headcount updates, service milestones, and engagement metrics. Participate in company events, engagement activities, and ad hoc HR projects as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or recruitment. Proven experience working with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS/ATS systems. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Skills & Attributes Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
