We're launching a new medical-aesthetic product line under one of the top national beauty and health groups in the Philippines, and we're hiring an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead the digital rollout and platform marketing execution.
This is an execution-first role where you will spearhead the launch of a new medical aesthetic product under one of the country's top beauty and health groups. Your primary mission is to get the product live, discoverable, and selling fast and flawlessly.
You'll oversee the end-to-end e-commerce execution: from platform readiness and listing uploads to campaign coordination, live selling, and promotional rollouts. You'll work closely with internal teams in logistics, creatives, marketing, and social to align timelines, assets, and product availability, ensuring everything goes live smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own product setup and launch across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure complete, accurate listings: images, descriptions, variants, and compliance.
- Align with logistics and fulfillment to ensure inventory is live, orders are fulfilled properly, and product timelines are met.
- Support campaign execution across platforms, including platform promos, live selling, influencer pushes, and performance-driven ad content (in partnership with the social team).
- Monitor and report on storefront and product health, including traffic trends, customer reviews, return rates, cart abandonment, fulfillment performance, and platform visibility.
- Track and provide reporting on key financial indicators such as gross sales, AOV, discounting impact, return/refund deductions, and estimated margins — in coordination with finance or business leads.
- Manage launch calendars, campaign timelines, and task tracking across departments.
- Ensure regulatory and platform compliance (e.g. FDA, DTI, product claims, and platform ad rules).
- Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end launch of the product across all e-commerce platforms, ensuring all moving parts listings, logistics, campaigns, and compliance are aligned and executed on schedule. Act as the central point of control and accountability for the entire go-to-market effort.
- Lead product merchandising efforts across platforms, ensuring listings are visually compelling, compliant, and optimized for conversion based on platform best practices (especially for Shopee and Lazada).
- Monitor and continuously improve the end-to-end customer experience — from product discovery and purchase flow to fulfillment, feedback, and returns — flagging any issues or friction points for resolution.
You're a Good Fit If You:
- Have 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, platform operations, or go-to-market roles.
- Have hands-on experience launching and managing product listings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
- Are confident working cross-functionally coordinating with logistics, marketing, creatives, and compliance teams.
- Are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading launch timelines and campaign follow-through.
- Bonus: Experience in regulated industries (beauty, medical, wellness, supplements) is a strong plus.
- You have direct experience launching a product from the ground up, ideally in a regulated category, and have overseen cross-functional implementation from pre-launch to live operations.

GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel for tracking traffic, conversions, and performance - Project & Task Management:
Google Sheets, Airtable, , or Asana for tracking timelines, listings, campaign calendars, and team coordination - Ad Platform Familiarity:
Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager basic understanding to coordinate ad execution (not necessarily to manage directly) - Compliance Tools:
Familiarity with FDA/DTI requirements, ad claim rules, and marketplace listing policies for regulated product categories
