About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven SaaS Business Development Executive to fuel our growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, developing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales cycle through CRM-driven outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients in target industries
  • Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking platforms
  • Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
  • Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized engagement
  • Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team
  • Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and lead-gen strategies
  • Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and share insights for improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet lead-gen targets
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and international B2B markets
  • Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Knowledge of account-based selling (ABS/ABM)
