About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven SaaS Business Development Executive to fuel our growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, developing relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales cycle through CRM-driven outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients in target industries
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking platforms
- Maintain an organized and accurate pipeline in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized engagement
- Schedule and coordinate product demos with the sales team
- Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and lead-gen strategies
- Track KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and share insights for improvement
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive)
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet lead-gen targets
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and international B2B markets
- Experience with prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Knowledge of account-based selling (ABS/ABM)
