We are seeking a SaaS Solutions Architect to join our team. This role focuses on solution and value design, program scalability, security, and performance while working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in technical documentation and solution design
  • Familiarity with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Learning & Development (L&D) solutions
  • Understanding of data security and compliance standards
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with potential clients, providing strategic business and technical guidance on implementing Degreed solutions
  • Act as a technical expert, advising on product features, integrations, and configuration options
  • Partner with Sales to handle technical questions, objections, and solution presentations
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions showcasing Degreed's capabilities
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and qualify new business opportunities, offering technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Assist in creating use cases, statements of work, and RFP responses
  • Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Client Experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and long-term client success
  • Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements for existing systems and processes
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Experience

  • Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or SaaS architecture
  • Strong background in cloud computing, integration technologies, and security standards
  • Experience engaging with clients and leading technical discussions
  • Prior experience in HCM or L&D solutions is a plus
