Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be on the frontline of growth, building relationships with founders, executives, and talent leaders at some of the most exciting companies in SaaS and AI.

This is an outbound-driven role — your primary focus will be generating new opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, while positioning BridgeMe as the growth partner of choice for startups building the future.

You will work closely with the founders, gain exposure to high-level startup conversations, and learn how to run outbound systems that drive revenue and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute 50–75 outbound calls daily to ICP prospects (Founders, CEOs, Talent Leaders).
  • Send personalized emails, LinkedIn touches, and follow-ups to drive engagement.
  • Qualify prospects through structured conversations (budget, authority, need, timeline).
  • Book qualified meetings for the founders/closer team.
  • Maintain CRM discipline: log activities, update notes, track pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the lead gen intern for prospect lists and data enrichment.
  • Work closely with the founders to refine messaging, objection handling, and partnership strategy.

KPIs (How Success is Measured)

  • Qualified meetings booked per week (primary).
  • Connect rate on calls/emails (activity benchmarks).
  • Contribution to closed revenue and new partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in startups, SaaS, or tech.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, or partnerships
    (recruitment, SaaS, or B2B preferred)
    is a plus but not required.
  • Confident in cold calling senior executives.
  • Strong communication skills: professional, concise, confident.
  • Highly coachable, competitive, and resilient — thrives under pressure.
  • Organized with CRM/sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a shifting schedule predominantly aligned with US timezones.
