KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

  • Specialist and Value Selling Consultantfor a range of Process Solution
  • Territory coverage for assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Successfulinpenetratingintotargetedsegments,completing assignedsalesresponsibilities;regularupdatingofSalestoolsandsalesreports.
  • Meeting SalestargetsandagreedKeyPerformanceIndicators.
  • Learnandapplyproductapplication,segmentspecifiedknowledgeandregulatory compliancestandards.
  • Consistent cross leads generation to other SBUs, divisions and evangelist to the MT brand
  • Leads generation through planned potentials accounts visits & marketing campaigns
  • Pipeline, KPI & customer management via heavy usage of CRM
  • leads follow-up & proactive penetration of identified accounts with high potential
  • Territory coverage for assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Combinetechnicalknowledgewithsalesskillstoarticulatetechnologyandproduct positioningtoboththebusinessandtechnicalusersandensurecompletecustomer satisfactionthroughallsstagesofthesalesprocess

TechnicalAdvisoryandProduct Advocate

ØProvide technologyevaluationstageofthesalesprocess,workinginconjunctionwiththetechnicalsupportteam.BecomingacompetentkeytechnicaladvisorandproductadvocateforMTproducts

ØCommunicateregulatorycompliancerequirement andapplicationseffectively, demonstratingMT'smarketleadershipandexpertiseintherelevantfields

ØResponsibleforrepresentingthesolutiontocustomersand toengagecustomersin thefieldwithcustomereventssuchasconferences,seminars,course etc

ØDevelopcustomer'sstaffbyprovidingtechnicalinformationandtraining. ConductNegotiationtosecureawin-winagreementwithcustomer

ServiceStandardsand CustomerRelationship Management

ØDetermineimprovementsbyanalyzingcost-benefitratiosofequipment,supplies,orserviceapplications incustomerenvironment;orproposingchangesinequipment,processes,oruseofequipmentorservices

ØPreparecostestimateswithrelatedcustomerdocuments

ØGaincustomeracceptancebyexplainingordemonstratingcostreductionsandoperational improvements

Maintainingrecordsofcustomercommunicationandsalesactivity inourCRMsystem

What You Need to Succeed

  • Degree in any S c i e n c e / Engineering or related field from a reputable University

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales/ laboratory position preferred

  • Instrumentation/Laboratory sales or technical experience would be preferred

  • Able to network across all levels and work well in a fast paced environment

  • Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills

  • Independent with good communication, analytical and presentation skills

  • Self motivated, result oriented and energetic with passion to succeed

  • Sound business acumen particularly in identifying potentials and devising solutions to need.

  • Other desired values includes a high quality of standard, aggressiveness, agility and critical reasoning

  • Willing to travel (within Philippines )

  • A valid driving license and prepared to own a personal vehicle
