Job Description:
The Sales Engineer is crucial in driving pipeline growth and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional to engage with enterprise-level prospects, identify and qualify leads, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's market reach. The SDR collaborates closely with Management and relevant teams to maximize engagement with potential clients and contribute to the company's revenue and market presence through strategic initiatives and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and research potential high-value clients through various channels, focusing on enterprise accounts and key decision-makers.
· Conduct product presentations and outbound lead generation activities
· Oversee deliveries at client sites (when applicable)
· Oversee installation processes (when applicable)
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships (e.g., attend networking events)
· Proactively address client concerns and provide tailored solutions
· Support marketing efforts and participate in professional development programs
· Manage and grow a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation in CRM systems
· Monitor sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve performance
· Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials, such as playbooks and datasheets
· Conduct and present market research to support business strategies
· Uphold the company's reputation and values in all interactions
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Familiarity with the bidding process (private and public construction projects) is preferred
· At least 3 years experience in B2B sales
· With demonstrable capabilities in B2B sales
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage in persuasive sales conversations
· Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
· Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel as needed
· Proficiency with AI is preferred
· With knowledge of CRM systems and sales automation tools
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations (preferred)
· Availability to work flexible hours, including late evenings, for deliveries or client meetings
· Physically, mentally, emotionally, and professionally fit to handle job responsibilities
Working Hours:
· Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
· Meetings to be scheduled as required
