About the role
Responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to our growing organization. Your primary focus will be on managing our Performance Management System (PMS) and ensuring that our employees receive the guidance and development they need to thrive.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Performance Management System, including setting key performance indicators, conducting reviews, and providing feedback to employees
- Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programmes that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives to enhance the employee experience
- Facilitate the creation, implementation, and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees across all departments.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or HR assistant manager role, preferably in the retail or service industry
- Strong understanding of human resources best practices, including performance management, training and development, and employee engagemnet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HR software and data management, with experience in maintaining accurate employee records
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledgeable in working with a Learning Management System (Linkedin Learning) and with tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Powerpoint
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
