
HR Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team in sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The HR Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth end-to-end recruitment processes, providing a positive candidate and employee experience, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job advertisements and maintain updated job listings.
- Conduct initial interviews, schedule candidate assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely updates on recruitment progress.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure smooth transition of new employees into the company by preparing workstations, IDs, and tools needed.
- Monitor probationary evaluations and ensure timely feedback is gathered.
- Assist in handling employee concerns, inquiries, and grievances, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support HR in conducting employee engagement programs, events, and communications.
- Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
- Help in monitoring attendance, performance, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in drafting HR correspondences, notices, and memos.
- Coordinate with external partners (agencies, government offices, training providers, etc.) as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department in various initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws, recruitment platforms, and HR processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/databases.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
