Assistant HR Manager

The Assistant HR Manager supports the Human Resources Manager in overseeing HR Operations, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, practices and processes.
Qualifications:
- With F&B Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Proficient in MS office and HRIS system
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning developing and implementation HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing and on boarding.
- Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR Database accurately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination.
