Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Support


• Perform general admin tasks such as checking of SELs and reimbursements and preparation & monitoring of Request for Payment (RFP) for inter-company billings


• Handle all concerns related to third party service providers, including requests, monitoring, creation of PR, and billings


• Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical


• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation

Company/Service Vehicles Management


• Dispatch/assignment of service vehicles and drivers to requesting departments/teams


• Annual registration renewal of all company vehicles


• Petron Fleet Card application for new service vehicles


• Application and installation of RFID stickers, including the daily monitoring and reloading


• Repairs & maintenance of company vehicles (tires, battery, PMS, change oil, AC cleaning, etc.)


• Point person in cases of traffic incidents and violations

Office Management


• Assist with office maintenance, including inventory and ordering of supplies & equipment, arranging equipment repairs, and overseeing office cleanliness
