Position Title:

Administrative Assistant – Document Control

Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support document control functions. The role involves managing, verifying, and maintaining records with accuracy and confidentiality, while performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, categorize, and upload documents into designated systems following established procedures.
  • Review, verify, and accurately label documents for consistency and compliance.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Identify and flag missing, incorrect, or mislabeled records for correction.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document updates, and basic clerical tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative, clerical, or document management roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially in repetitive tasks.
  • Strong sense of integrity, reliability, and discretion when working with confidential data.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
