Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Assistant to provide administrative support across day-to-day business operations and managing e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Provide clerical and organizational support to the management and other team members.
- Assist with monitoring and updating e-commerce platforms (e.g., product listings, inventory updates, basic order processing).
- Support customer service through email, phone, or online channels when needed.
- Help coordinate office supplies, deliveries, and vendor communications.
- Maintain orderly records and reports for both office and e-commerce transactions.
- Contribute to various ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to support daily business operations.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Prior experience in office administration or e-commerce support is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Basic computer proficiency
MS Office/Google Workspace
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Familiarity with Canva is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- With pleasing personality
- Reliable, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
