Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000

Work Location: Filinvest Axis Tower Two, Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 to 4 days onsite per week

Shift Schedule: Amenable to mid-shift or night shift

Work-From-Home Allowance: PHP 880/month internet allowance (via reimbursement)

About the Role

Grace Global Operations Center is looking for highly motivated Source-to-Pay Helpdesk Associates to join their support team. This is a cross-functional, front-line role suited for candidates with experience in Source-to-Pay or Accounts Payable, who can thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Source-to-Pay Helpdesk inquiries
  • Review and process tickets via the Cherwell System
  • Analyze and acknowledge requests within the agreed SLA
  • Provide immediate solutions to basic inquiries or requests
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or the appropriate support team
  • Collaborate with other support groups to resolve issues efficiently
  • Support team performance by helping meet KPIs and service targets
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimization of support tools
  • Act as backup for the S2P mailbox management

Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or Accounts Payable
  • Working knowledge of SAP ECC 6
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player and highly trainable with new systems and tools
